|All entries will be submitted digitally. The submission emails must be received by May 14, 2013 at 11PM Eastern Standard Time.
The submission email should include the following three (3) attachments:
1) A 300 dpi high-quality PDF file of 24”X24” digital presentation board. File size must not exceed 5 MB. The file name must be formatted like the following:
2) A low-resolution JPG file version of the presentation board. File size must not exceed 500kb. The file name must be formatted like the following:

The submission may consist of any form of visual media including, but not limited to, photos, renderings, diagrams, text, etc.
All submissions require a registration number. The registration number will be emailed to entrants once they register through PayPal. Entrants are allowed to submit multiple submissions, but each submission requires a unique registration number in order to be eligible. Please indicate your registration number accurately in the registration form and file names.
Submissions will be judged anonymously. The presentation board may not include any information that identifies the submiting author or team.
